About Me
An award winning author, dynamic speaker, ordained minister, and board-certified mental health coach, I am dedicated to serving families and individuals of all backgrounds. I am passionate about helping people access their faith, strengthen their relationships, and be equipped to live impactful lives.
I discovered how sharing my favorite seasonal coffee drink and my faith in Jesus with others fueled me to keep up with my children—eighteen-month-old triplet daughters and infant son. Eight years later, my second son was born.
Married to Ron for over 25 years and living in Upstate New York, I draw from decades of parenting experience and education to pour into the lives of others in the community as I hosts prayer initiatives, home groups, and individual prayer and counseling ministry.
I founded Coffee House Parenting, LLC, and wrote my first book, Coffee House Parenting, where I share from the heart practical means to pour your faith back into your families while making time to connect with God.
My second book, Seeing Through the Darkness, I share candidly about my journey of losing my vision in one eye and how the broken pieces of my faith lay before me—pieces I would find in the darkness that now enabled me to see.
Where it all began.
We see three heartbeats! The ultrasound techs beamed in awe back at me. And that is how my parenting journey began 20+ years ago! We were blessed with three precious daughters born as preemies. With excel spreadsheet in hand and each daughter assigned their color, the roller coaster we call parenting started
18 months after the triplets were born, we had our first son, Ron Jr. There I was with 4 babies under the age of 2, and I had hardly even babysat in high school!
And 8 years later, we had our 5th child, Caleb. My days of running my spreadsheets were long past, our new baby was quickly thrust into most of our family time being at the baseball field or in the car running his older siblings all over.
The purpose is to empower & equip moms to connect with Christ to raise strong families who change the world.
